Fall participation fees are due on August 15th, 2025. Due to the impact of the failed school levy, participation feels will be $400 per student per season. 

The Madison Local School District charges a pay to participate fee for each extra curricular activity. These activities include all sports, band, and plays. This fee helps support the supplemental contracts of coaches, directors, and other individuals that help run these programs as well as some other additional cost depending on the activity.

If your son/daughter does participate in any of these activities, please pay these fees as soon as possible. Failure to pay these fees may result in your son/daughter not being able to participate in their desired activity.
